For All Teachers and Wardens

• Always communicate with students in a soft and respectful tone.
• Do not use informal or disrespectful language like “tu/tera”. Always address students as “aap”.
• Be supportive and encouraging towards all students.
• Provide proper counselling to students as needed.
• New and old students must not be allotted the same hostel room. Follow proper allocation procedures.
• No warden is permitted to threaten, scold, or scare any student. Strict action will be taken against such behavior.
• Many students are staying in a hostel for the first time — they need your extra care, support, and understanding to adjust and feel comfortable.
